Your tasks

For this we need your support

  • Together with your team colleagues, you prepare the work on the roof surface and install the substructure and the photovoltaic modules
  • You will be responsible for cable routing and installing the cable ducts up to the inverter
  • For a good project completion and satisfied customers, you ensure order and cleanliness on the construction site

Your skills

  • You have manual skills and ideally already have experience as a fitter for photovoltaic systems
  • You are physically resilient and don't mind working at height
  • You have a good command of German language and enjoy working in a team
  • You have a class B driver's license
  • work assignments within whole Germany are not a problem for you

You don't have a lot of experience in photovoltaics yet, but want to get involved? No problem! At our THOR Academy, we teach you all the necessary skills and train with you under construction site conditions so that you are optimally prepared for your future work assignments!

In line with our mission "The best job for the person. The best person for the job." we founded our own training and qualification center for the skilled trades in 2015 and will continue to support you both professionally and personally even after you start as a THOR specialist.
