You don't have a lot of experience as a metal worker yet, but want to lend a hand? No problem! At our THOR Academy, we teach you all the necessary skills and train with you under construction site conditions so that you are optimally prepared for your future work assignments!

In line with our mission "The best job for the person. The best person for the job." we founded our own training and qualification center for the skilled trades in 2015 and will continue to support you both professionally and personally even after you start as a THOR specialist.
