For us, it is not important where you come from, but what you want to achieve. The THOR Academy is the perfect place to get to know each other better, to optimize manual skills, to specialize or to try out something new.<\/p>\n

You have the opportunity to gain further qualifications in many different areas – from basic courses in the individual specialised trades to welding certificates or a certificate of competence in refrigeration technology. We also want to continuously support your personal skills and give you the opportunity to develop into a senior fitter, foreman, construction site manager or even project manager with appropriate further training.<\/p>\n

Your start at THOR<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

To make your start as a new THOR employee as easy as possible, we invite you to spend a week at the THOR Academy in Menteroda – with a permanent employment contract in your pocket and full pay, of course. During this time, we can get to know each other better and prepare you both personally and professionally for your day-to-day tasks on the construction site.<\/p>\n

At the heart of this are the training stations for each specialist trade, on which work is carried out, practiced, taught and learned. Based on the knowledge gained here, the best assignments can be selected for you and further potential can be recognized and promoted.<\/p>\n

The Welcome Week also gives you a deeper insight into THOR as a new employer. In addition to lots of important information, you will receive your individual work equipment during these days, e.g. work clothing, personal protective equipment, your own employee tablet and optionally also a company car with tools.<\/p>\n
