In 2015, the idea of a company-owned training, education and seminar center in Menteroda was founded to do justice to this ambition. The THOR Academy is both a meeting place and training center for our skilled tradespeople and our commercial employees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are very pleased that at the end of last year we were able to convince the Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Arbeits- und Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung in Th\u00fcringen (GFAW) of our training concept for THOR and win them as a sponsor for the further training of our employees.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the THOR Academy, our participants gain a targeted insight into the construction site requirements of THOR&#8217;s customer companies and into the current fields of application and development in their specialist trade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the specialist training centers, the participants then acquire the specific skills and knowledge that strengthen their personal skills to meet the diverse requirements on construction sites. We develop customer-oriented solutions and concepts with practical communication training and training in working techniques under realistic construction site conditions.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">THOR is an industrial assembly company from Thuringia, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thormontagen.de\/en\/about-thor\/\">was founded in 1998 by Kersten Thor<\/a>. What began as a one-man business has developed over the years into a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thormontagen.de\/ueber-thor\/standorte\/\">company with seven locations<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thormontagen.de\/karriere\/\">over 1000 employees<\/a>. Our THORians are: independent, qualified and flexible.
