THOR is an installation partner for trade and industry. We support companies with teams of qualified skilled workers in the building installations technology. The fitters are qualified for their assignments at the THOR Academy, equipped with high-quality tools and machines and travel throughout Germany in their company cars.
At THOR, everything revolves around skilled work. We have made it our mission to qualify workers in the skilled trades and ensure they have the best possible job for them. We support our clients with various services – both with the specialist staff and with comprehensive solutions for long-term projects. THOR fürs Handwerk GmbH, which carries out these projects, is a company registered in the register of craftsmen.
There are numerous opportunities to work at THOR and become a THORian. As a career changer or young professional, you can qualify at the THOR Academy and gain experience in your specialist area with a mentor at your side.
If you already have professional experience, there are just as many doors open to you: Assignments in the trade you have learned, further training and specialization in your trade, a reorientation in another trade or even personal development as a foreman or senior fitter.

For long-term and scalable projects, we develop installation concepts for our customers and qualify specialists for their specific areas of responsibility. Our fitters are not only qualified in the tasks of a single trade. We train them directly on the requirements of their assignments and, if necessary, across all trades, so that the assembly process on the construction site can be designed as efficiently as possible.
