Your start at THOR

To make your start as a new THOR employee as easy as possible, we invite you to spend a week at the THOR Academy in Menteroda – with a permanent employment contract in your pocket and a full salary, of course. During this time, we can get to know each other better and prepare you both personally and professionally for your tasks.

The Welcome Week also gives you a deeper insight into THOR as a new employer. In addition to a lot of important information, you will also get to know new fitter colleagues who are starting at the THOR Academy just like you.
