You have the opportunity to gain further qualifications in many different areas – from basic courses in the individual specialised trades to welding certificates or a certificate of competence in refrigeration technology. We also want to continuously support your personal skills and give you the opportunity to develop into a senior fitter, foreman, construction site manager or even project manager with appropriate further training.
