The THOR Academy is a training and qualification center for the skilled trades. With the training approach developed here, we focus on the requirements of the market and qualify our fitters specifically and individually for their assignments in building installations technologies.

We develop individual training programs for our clients’ major projects and train the fitters both at training stands and under realistic construction site conditions.
