Your tasks

For this we need your support

  • You will be responsible for welding, bonding and laying pipelines and plastic connections
  • You produce welded joints using the following processes: heated tool butt welding, heated tool socket welding, IR welding, hot gas welding and hot gas extrusion welding of the plastics PP, PE, PPS, PVC and PVDF
  • You check and repair existing systems as required

Your strengths

This makes you the ideal THORian

  • Ideally, you have completed training, e.g. as a plastics fitter/welder with several years of professional experience
  • In the best case, you have current health checks (G25 & 41)
  • Reading isometric drawings and construction site plans is no challenge for you
  • You have a good command of German language and enjoy working in a team
  • You have a class B driver's license
  • Work assignments within whole Germany are no problem for you

You don't have much experience in the field of plastic welding but would like to get involved? No problem! At our THOR Academy, we teach you all the necessary skills and train with you under construction site conditions so that you are optimally prepared for your future work assignments!

In line with our mission "The best job for the person. The best person for the job." we founded our own training and qualification center for the skilled trades in 2015 and will continue to support you both professionally and personally even after you start as a THOR specialist.
