We are building on you for the long term! As a THORian, you will of course receive a permanent employment contract right from the start.

You start your new job at THOR with 25 vacation days a year. In your second and third year, your vacation entitlement will automatically increase to 27 days and from your fourth year as a THORian, you will be entitled to 30 vacation days per year.

After your probationary period, we offer you the opportunity to take out a company pension plan (bAV) to supplement your statutory pension. A portion of your gross salary is paid directly into the pension scheme before taxes and social security contributions are calculated. You also benefit from a THOR employer subsidy.

You receive special payments on fixed dates, which are adjusted according to your length of service.

We provide you with a THOR company car so that you can travel directly from home to your assignment. You can refuel it with your fuel card at all registered UTA filling stations. Our own fleet team will take care of all car-related service issues.

You always have all the important information to hand on your tablet: from your job data to your contacts, you can find everything in the THOR portal. You can also use this little digital helper to make phone calls, navigate to the construction site and, of course, browse the THOR&more rewards store.

Of course, you will also be provided with first-class tools and machinery for your trade. We rely on high-quality and reliable equipment, for example from Makita, Rems and Bosch.

During your assignment on the construction site, our dispatchers will take care of finding the best accommodation as close as possible to your location.

Your personal contact in the scheduling department will take care of all issues relating to your assignment and will listen to your concerns. You can reach our on-call service at the weekend.

The PLUS CARD is another THOR additional benefit after the trial period. It offers benefits and services in the health sector, such as entitlement to specialist and specialist appointments, superior room facilities or treatment by the head physician, and can be combined with any health insurance fund at no additional cost.

Regional commitment is important to us. If you are active in a club, we are happy to support this with donations in kind or up to €500 per year for club clothing or new equipment.
