As a THORian, you will receive a permanent employment contract. After the 6-month probationary period, you will be employed as a full-time employee and guaranteed long-term job security.

During your assignment on the construction site, our dispatchers will take care of finding the best accommodation as close as possible to your location.

You can always contact your assignment managers if you have any questions about your next construction site or accommodation. Our on-call services are available around the clock, even at weekends.

The PLUS CARD is another THOR additional benefit after the trial period. It offers benefits and services in the health sector, such as entitlement to specialist and specialist appointments, superior room facilities or treatment by the head physician, and can be combined with any health insurance fund at no additional cost.
